A well-established nonprofit organization is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to join its collaborative Human Resources team. This role partners closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support hiring across multiple programs, with a primary focus on high-volume direct service roles, management and professional positions.

• Location: Hybrid - 4 days onsite in San Rafael (near SMART), 1 day remote

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, typical business hours with some flexibility

• Duration: Temp-to-hire

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly, high-turnover roles and professional staff

• Conduct conversational, soft-skill-focused interviews that assess culture fit and commitment

• Build and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Partner closely with hiring managers and provide regular updates

• Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding steps

• Learn internal systems, policies, and processes independently

Recruiter Qualifications:

• Prior full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or mission-driven environments

• Strong interpersonal and interviewing skills

• Comfortable recruiting for hourly roles as well as leadership and professional positions

• Organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple openings at once

• Ability to learn ATS/HR systems quickly
